Upload Your Artwork


You can send us your own artwork to get digitally printed. You can email us your work, use the uploader if under 30 mb, or use the FTP site. Allow browser to upload file, will take longer after above 5mb. After it is finished uploading will go to a new page. Please read the instructions below for using the FTP Site or loader and read the Art Requirements to ensure we can deliver a quality product.

Windows Users

Please save the file as your name or company name before you upload onto our server.

Example: premiergraphics.jpg or johnsmith.jpg

If your file excedes 30mb please follow the instructions for uploading to the ftp site, Thank you.

Please select file to upload:

 

  1. We recommend using Internet Explorer browser for the FTP site. (If you're more comfortable using a FTP Program, see the instructions to the right.)
  2. Make sure the "enable folder view for FTP sites" is checked "on" under Tools > Internet Options > Advanced.
  3. You will be asked for a User Name and Password to load files once you have clicked the upload button. Use the information received by email from our office.
  4. Drag and drop folder of files into the site. Close, and you're done!

Mac / Cyberduck Users

  1. If you're on a Mac, or prefer to use an FTP program, we recommend installing Cyberduck.
  2. When Cyberduck is installed and open, click Open Connection at the top.
  3. Enter premiergraphicsinc.com where it says "Server" and 21 where it says "Port."
  4. Where it asks for a username and password, enter the information provided by email from our office. Click Connect.
  5. To upload files, drag and drop into window. Close, and you're done!

    Art Requirements

  • Please submit artwork in any of the following formats:
      • Raster Formats: Please submit artwork between 100dpi - 150dpi, please:
    • .jpg or .jpeg
    • .pdf
    • .tif or .tiff
    • .psd
      Vector Formats: Save as any version vCS4 - v8, or compatible with Acrobat 5 or higher. Please convert all text to outlines or provide fonts.
    • .eps
    • .ai
    • .pdf
  • Sorry, we will not accept any of these formats: (Word) .doc, .docx, (Excel) .xls, (Powerpoint).ppt, (Publisher) .pub, (Quark XPress) .qxd, .svg, .gif, .png
